Under the new structure, Carolina Filters, Inc. will remain the parent company, overseeing “A Family of Filtration Solutions” that consists of three distinct business units:

• Carolina PEC (Process Equipment Cleaning) will continue to fulfill the company’s mission of providing technical cleaning and testing of metallic filters and associated process equipment.
• Carolina IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) offers filter maintenance services, fire damper testing and certifications, IAQ-related cleaning services, and patented deep coil cleaning technology (Coil Flow Max™) to businesses and institutions.
• Carolina Filter Supply the latest addition to the family of brands, is a value-added distributor of air and liquid filtration products representing the leading filter manufacturers in the US.
