Robyn McLeod, Chief of Staff

Robyn began her journey with Carolina Filters in 2010 as an Assistant Facilitator. Over the years, she has taken on various roles within the company, ultimately becoming Chief of Staff in 2024. Robyn brought with her 19 years of experience in customer service, production scheduling, and materials management when she joined the Carolina Filters team.

Outside of work, Robyn and her husband, Donnie, love spending time camping, kayaking, and volunteering in their community. Together, they have five children and cherish every moment they get to spend with their grandchildren, though they always wish for more time with them.
